Hayes.  I am the founder of THayesFitness - The 120lb Weight Loss Success Story and an AFFA Certified Personal Trainer.  I am available to share my full 120lb weight loss story and my most relied upon health and fitness tips.  Followed by a question and answer period and short fitness demonstration.

I love to share my story with others who struggle with weight issues in order to provide motivation, support, tips and hope.

I am Taisha Juanita Hayes, a 28 year old AFFA Certified Personal Trainer, Health & Fitness Life Coach, Motivational Speaker and Plus Sized Model. But as recent as five years ago my life, health and appearance were very different. I have been overweight nearly my entire life and I have always loved food & hated exercise. Since then I have lost over 120 pounds the healthy way. No gastric bypass, no pills and no gimmicks. I did it through exercise and health-conscious (not perfect) eating. I was able to lose the weight and I have maintained it for over 5 years.

Did you know that it only takes 21 days to form a habit?

Did you know by simply forming a exercise habit you can burn calories and drop pounds all while eating all of your favorite foods?

I was able to go from someone with an exercise aversion to someone with and exercise habit. 

Now I am conditioned to exercise just as I am to brush my teeth.

I’ve learned how valuable motivation can be during times of change and how difficult it can be to maintain it over time without regular reminders and support.
I maintain my motivation and inspiration to workout and eat healthy by passing the information and support I’ve received to others via THayesFitness, which provides the motivation and support required to lose weight and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle.  I designed,  www.THayesFitness.com, & www.myspace.com/THayesFitness, to allow me to share my personal story, before and after pictures, struggles, successes, favorite tips, and recipes via blog, group chat and personal messaging.  THayesFitness provides a constant reminder of my hard work and holds me accountable to my friends, family and the world.  It would be unimaginably difficult to explain regaining the weight to everyone after making myself a resource of information to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  The motivation and joy I‘ve received from the website led me to create the 2008 THayesFitness Calendar.  The calendar provides a personal account and blueprint of the month to month path I took towards losing 120 pounds.  The calendar format provides daily reminders of the commitment to lose weight and or maintain a healthy lifestyle while sharing my favorite and most relied upon tips to support you in your health and fitness goals.  It will allow each individual to personalize his/her own path to a healthier lifestyle, while providing my path as an example to both learn from as well as improve upon.  Health and fitness is a wonderful addition to my life and I take pride and joy in my ability to share this passion with the world.
